What is most appealing about offering a sun destination is that it gives the attendee the opportunity to do absolutely nothing or to keep busy all day long. It really does cater to their individual needs and gratifications. An extended weekend or longer to a warm destination can be incentive enough to motivate your participants.

Knowing your time limitation is the key when choosing a sun destination. If a short duration to a warm destination meets your requirements, then you may want to consider destinations that offer shorter flights with shorter transfers. Alternatively, if your group have 5 or more nights to spend at their destination, your options expand considerably.
